Upgrade to VIP tickets and you’ll get exclusive event merchandise, such as the 2011 Festival T-Shirt, Backpack, Poster, and Souvenir Credential. We’re also hooking you up with two Drink Tickets at your very own private and fully stocked bar. For those not of age, enjoy two Non-Alcoholic Drinks on us! Don’t worry about waiting in the long lines to get into the festival, because VIP ticket holders will have their own Separate Entrance! VIP Meet and Greets
Artist meet and greets are exclusively reserved for VIP ticket holders only. The schedule of artist meet and greets will be online prior to the festival as well as posted in the VIP area and at the VIP check-in, day-of-show. Be sure to keep posted to the Rock The Bells social nets on your phone for any updates. Meet and Greet schedules subject to change.
Set Times
We know that half the fun of planning your day at Rock The Bells is putting together your personal schedule of which artists you refuse to miss. Don’t worry, we got you! Very soon you will be able to view set times on the website: http://rockthebells.net/set-times. Set times subject to change.
If that doesn’t put your mind at ease, we recommend to keep your phone locked on the Rock The Bells Facebook and Twitter pages for all up-to-the-minute announcements, including set time updates and VIP meet and greet times.
Camera Policy
We want you to document your day at Rock The Bells so feel free to bring your digital (or otherwise) camera for memories to last a lifetime. HOWEVER, professional cameras are NOT allowed. What’s a professional camera, you ask? If it has a removable lens, DON’T bring it.

Food Vendors
There will be plenty of concessions and food vendors to satisfy your taste buds. Food and beverage vendors will be located throughout the grounds. The festival will feature a wide variety of food and snack choices including vegetarian offerings.
Vendor Village
While at the festival, make sure to stop by the vendor village. There will be a variety of your favorite local lifestyle brands selling music, art, apparel and more. The Guerilla Union Merchandise tent will also be on-hand to cover all your official event and artist merchandise needs. So be sure to bring some extra cash to support your local vendors and walk away with some awesome goodies and souvenirs.
As an added bonus, Guerilla Union has partnered with Nooka once again to create a one-of-a-kind, collaborative Rock The Bells timepiece. Payment Methods
CASH will be accepted at ALL vendor locations. Credit cards will be accepted at some beverage stand locations, but don’t worry as there will be plenty of ATMs.
ATMs
There will be ATMs placed conveniently throughout the venue. Refer to the event map for the ATM locations.
Lost and Found
If you lose your keys, phone or camera during the show, seek assistance from venue personnel to report the loss. For assistance after the festival, send your inquiry to: lostandfound@guerillaunion.com
Information Booth
We know it can be a little daunting trying to find the nearest restrooms or ATMs. Any question you have, our friendly and knowledgeable Rock The Bells Ambassadors are there to assist you. The Information Booth will be clearly marked with signs.
First Aid
Your safety is our number one priority. Security and EMT personnel will be onsite ready to help. The First Aid area will be clearly marked on the event map.
ADA Accommodations
ADA parking will be available with Placard. ADA reserved seating will be available in LA, SF, and Boston markets for the Rock The Bells stage only. For NY, there will be a raised platform to offer a view of the Rock The Bells stage only.
Medical Prescriptions
If you have a medical prescription (ie: insulin) that you must have access to during the show, check it in with EMS. Upon arrival, request to meet with an EMS representative through a medical or security supervisor.
Weather
Rock the Bells Festival will happen rain or shine. Every precaution has been made to ensure that the quality of the show will not be affected by inclement weather. For weather details per festival:

Directions
Comcast Center (previously Tweeter Center for the Performing Arts aka Great Woods) is located at the junction of Routes 140 and 495 South (within minutes of I-95).
From Boston:
Take I-95 South to exit 7A-140 South, follow for 3 1/2 miles.
From Worcester:
Take 495 South, to exit 11.
From Providence:
take I-95 North, to exit 6A-495 South, to exit 11.
From Cape Cod:
Take 495 North, to exit 10-123, follow 123 West to 140 North. Parking
The Comcast Center facility contains 16 parking lots providing ample parking for all ticket holders with no additional charge. Be assured that every effort is made to ensure a safe and speedy exit from the facility.
ALL RECREATIONAL VEHICLES AND BUSSES MUST BE FILLED TO CAPACITY WITH PATRONS HOLDING VALID TICKETS. NO TRAILERS, COMMERCIAL TRUCKS, OR COMMERCIAL CATERING BUSINESSES ARE ALLOWED IN THE PARKING LOTS. Types of Payment Accepted

There is no smoking in the reserved seating areas of the Tweeter Center.
Camera Policy:
Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval.

Miscellaneous
Concessions:
Concessions are available including wine and beer.
Alcohol Policy:
- To purchase alcoholic beverages, a patron must present a valid Massachusetts driver's license, a valid Massachusetts liquor identification card, a valid United States passport identification booklet, a valid United States Passport Card, or a valid military identification card which indicates that the patron is at least 21 years of age or older. (State issued Identification cards, duplicate forms of identification,
expired forms of identification, photo copies of any form of identification, nonphoto forms of any form of identification and damaged, mutilated or altered forms of identification will not be accepted.)
- A valid out of state driver's license, which indicates that the patron is at least 25 years of age or older, if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age, the patron must also produce another form of identification (such as a credit card, with a signature to compare signatures), which substantiates the person's identity.
- Rhode Island patrons between 21 and 30 years of age must present a valid state issued driver’s license and must also produce another form of identification (such as a credit card, with a signature to compare signatures), which substantiates the person’s identity. This is the only exception to the out of state policy.
- A valid Canadian driver’s license/US Territory license which indicates that the patron is at least 25 years of age or older and if the patron is between 25 and 30 years of age, the patron must also produce another form of identification (such as a credit card, with a signature to compare signatures), which substantiates the person's identity. This is the only exception to the out of country policy.
- Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages on premises may be requested at any time to produce valid identification which must satisfy the foregoing requirements. No refunds will be offered for confiscated alcoholic beverages.
- Any patron who presents false identification or who passes alcohol to a minor may be subject to eviction and arrest.
- Any patron who passes alcohol to another patron who is unable to provide an acceptable form of identification as listed above may be subject to eviction.
- We will not serve more than two alcoholic beverages to a patron at one time and we reserve the right to limit service to one drink per patron.
- Our alcohol service will end at least one hour prior to the scheduled end of an event. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of alcohol at any time.
- We will not serve any patron whom we believe to be intoxicated.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be taken into or removed from these premises. Any patron in the possession of alcoholic beverages not obtained on premises will be subject to eviction. Sportservice retains the right to refuse any ID, and to refuse/cease service to any patron at any time. Our policies are in place for your protection, as well as ours.
